Intense dark chocolate up front, caramel building through the mid-palate, toffee carrying it all the way to the finish. Velvety and full-bodied, complex without being difficult. The Arabica brings sweetness and flavour depth, the Robusta brings body and structure. Washed and natural processing applied across the blend adds further layers. Roasted to CF 66.7, precisely where this blend peaks.
